Q. How do I know you are the right person to solve my computer problems?

A. I have 10 years experience in the computer industry in Washington, D.C., where I was a proven trouble-shooter, whether the problem involved one computer or a vast network, working equally well with software or hardware. While working at the Senate Computer Center as Technical Lead / Network Supervisor, I earned my Micosoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.

Q. Do you really have experience with large networks?

A. I led a team of 10 Network Engineers on a Department of Justice contract in which the team installed and maintained a 15000 node LAN/WAN spread across the United States. Designed and implemented network solutions for the United States Senate. Troubleshot, installed, and maintained all network functionality to include servers, printers, modems for over 300 Local Area Networks, with approximately 9000 users including all 100 United States Senators, their staff members and various Senate Committees.

Q. But what about the guy with just one home pc?

A. I have many years experience working with clients one-on-one, solving individual computer problems.

Q. Can you set up a home network so my wife and I can share one DSL connection?

A. Sure - that's not a problem. I can set up both wired and wireless networks and provide hardware and software firewalls to protect your network from unwanted intrusion.

Q. Once I call you, how long will it be before you can come to my home or office?

A. Depending on my workload, I am usually able to be there within 24 hours.
